Neuse River Greenway

The Neuse River Greenway is a 10-foot wide asphalt path that follows the Neuse River. Extending from Falls Lake Dam to the Wake County line, 33 miles. There are several river crossings along the way, including two on suspension bridges. The scenic, tree-lined trail offers numerous wildlife viewing opportunities, especially on its boardwalks through wetland areas.
Open to both cyclists and pedestrians, the Neuse River Greenway is the longest greenway trail in North Carolina,
